• The ticket is valid for a selected date only
• Children who are under 4 years old or under 1m are free of charge if sitting in the same seat with their parents.
• Children who are 4 years or 1m or older buy tickets as adults.
• Pregnant women need to ensure their own health throughout the journey.
• The garage reserves the right to refuse service if the passenger does not comply with the regulations on children and women pregnancy.
• Baggage regulations:
Each passenger is allowed to bring along

+ 1 small bag (backpack, handbag)
• In case the passenger carries luggage that does not comply with regulations (bigger than the standard size, more bulky, etc.) or brings a second or more luggage, the bus company will charge an additional fee of 75,000 VND/luggage.
