• Ticket is valid for selected date only
• Adult (10-90 yrs old)
• Child rate (4-9 yrs old)
• Infant (0-3 yrs old): Free of charge
• We just can pick up from hotel in Old Quarter area, in case your hotel is outside, please come to meeting point - we will give you when confirming. The drop off after tour is not included, you should come to hotel from Bus office by yourself.
• Please be ready and wait at your hotel lobby or meeting point at the time given by our operator, we will be not responsible for your lateness (in case you miss the tour due to your lateness, no refund or change)
• Children, old people, or any one with low physical health are not allowed to join the tour, due to the long trek and danger in case of rain.
• Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any requirement, food request.
• There will be single surcharge of 300,000 VND if you are solo traveler or if you want to stay in one room with 3-star hotel. Upgrade of room can be done with extra cost and depended on hotel's availability.
• You can upgrade to have one night at 4-star hotel, please let us know if you have request.
• Trekking shoes, sun glasses, sun cream, insect repellent are also necessary. You should take cash with you in Vietnam Dong for personal expenses.
• You should bring warm clothes, scarf, hat, cap because the weather in Sapa is pretty unpredictable. It is normally cold in September till March.
• Timeline of activities can be changed depending on weather and other factors
