• Free cancellation is available if requested at least 48 hours before 12:00 PM (Thailand Time) by emailing [email protected].
• Bookings are subject to availability. If unavailable, guests will receive a cancellation notification and full refund.

Eligibility

• Child rate applies to children aged 4–10 years old (height must not exceed 110 cm).

Attraction Access
• Blackout date: Not applicable during Loy Krathong (15 November).
• Upper deck seating is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. If fully booked, alternative seating will be assigned.
