• This tour is suitable for guests in good physical health. Participants must be comfortable with moderate trekking on uneven, potentially wet jungle terrain.
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times throughout the tour. All participants join this tour at their own risk.
Attraction Access
• The tour visits both Benang Stokel and Benang Kelambu waterfalls — two of Lombok's most stunning natural cascades set within lush tropical jungle near Mount Rinjani.
• Entrance fees to both waterfalls are included in the tour. A licensed local guide accompanies the group throughout the full duration of the visit.
• Meals and personal expenses are not included. Guests are responsible for their own food, beverages, and any additional purchases during the tour.
• Swimming at the waterfalls is permitted but entirely at the guest's own risk. No lifeguard service is provided at either waterfall location.
• The tour may be modified or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, flooding, unsafe trail conditions, or other safety concerns determined by the guide.
Additional Information
• Proper closed-toe walking shoes or trekking sandals are required. The trail to both waterfalls involves rocky, slippery, and uneven terrain throughout the route.
• Guests are advised to bring a change of dry clothing, a waterproof bag for valuables, sun protection, insect repellent, and sufficient water for the trek.

How to Get There
• Benang Stokel and Benang Kelambu waterfalls are located in Aik Berik Village, North Batukliang, Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia.
• The waterfalls are approximately 35–40 km from Mataram city. Journey time by car is approximately 60–75 minutes depending on road and traffic conditions.
• By private driver or rideshare: Hotel-arranged private drivers are widely available across Lombok. Gojek and Grab also operate in Mataram and surrounding areas.
• Hotel pickup may be available depending on the tour option selected at booking. Confirm pickup arrangements with the operator after booking is confirmed.
• Guests are advised to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may affect the day's schedule and available trekking time at both waterfall sites.
