• Prices are per person and include basic materials (1-5 grams of silver), standard tool usage, and guide assistance.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• Free Cancellation: Cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time to receive a 100% full refund.
• Rescheduling: You may request to change your session date or time for free up to 12 hours before the class, subject to studio availability.
• Same-day cancellations or failure to show up for your slot (No-Show) are strictly non-refundable.
3. Age Limit & Safety Regulations
• Because the workshop involves the handling of precise tools, heavy hammers, and mini hand-torches for soldering, the minimum age to participate is 7 years old.
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying adult or guardian during the session.
4. Extra Materials & Gemstones
