What To Expect

Pengunjung dapat mengharapkan pengalaman yang menarik dan mendidik saat anak-anak melangkah ke kota mini yang dirancang khusus untuk mereka. Setiap tempat menawarkan kegiatan bermain peran yang unik di mana anak-anak dapat mempelajari cara kerja berbagai profesi, mendapatkan dan membelanjakan KidZos (mata uang KidZania), dan berinteraksi dengan peserta lain. Lingkungan disusun untuk membantu anak-anak membangun kepercayaan diri, meningkatkan keterampilan sosial, dan menemukan minat baru sambil memiliki hari yang menyenangkan dan berkesan.

Syarat & Ketentuan

• Free entry is provided for children under 2 years old.
• Seniors aged 59 years and above enjoy free entry by presenting a valid ID and must be accompanied by two children holding two Child category tickets.

• Each ticket is valid for 5 hours of playtime on the selected visit date only.

• Tickets are final upon purchase and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or used on dates other than those specified.

• Ticket availability and sales follow KidZania and Traveloka policies and may be paused or resumed at any time.

• Child tickets apply to children aged 4–16 years.

• TeenZania tickets apply to visitors aged 17–25 years.

• Adult tickets apply to visitors aged 26 years and above.

• Children aged 2 years may join activities with a Child category ticket.

• Child and TeenZania tickets include entry and access to activities.

• Adult tickets only allow entry and do not permit participation in activities.

• All children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.

• Children are not allowed to exit and re-enter the play area. Once they leave, their session ends.

• Parents and adults may exit and re-enter by depositing their wristband. Re-entry requires name verification.

• The attraction is not liable for damages caused by unforeseen events such as governmental actions, natural disasters, riots, strikes, haze, or severe weather. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

• Video recording inside the attraction requires prior approval from KidZania along with a clear statement of purpose.

• Visitors must remain cautious at all times to ensure personal safety and the security of personal belongings. The attraction is not responsible for any loss or damage, whether due to negligence or other causes.

• Prohibited items include cigarettes, firearms, sharp objects, illegal substances, and outside food or drinks. For the full list, please check directly with the operator.

• Failure to comply with posted guidelines may result in injury or removal from the premises.

• The attraction is not suitable for visitors with mobility impairments, severe medical conditions, children below the recommended age, unaccompanied minors, or visitors with sensory sensitivities to noise or crowds. Please check with the operator for detailed restrictions.

• Any changes to ticket categories must be made before the e-voucher date and may incur additional charges. Changes can be made at the KidZania counter or by calling 021-5154888 ext. 100.
