Syarat & Ketentuan

• Ticket is valid only on the specified date
• Surcharges: Overtime fee and pick-ups from areas outside the service areas
• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
• Vehicle Capacity: Private air-conditioned car with maximum 4 people with luggage
• Important: If your group size exceeds the maximum passenger count, you need to book a bigger/another vehicle

General Pick-up information:
• Pick-up at Airport: (Free Waiting Time) The driver will wait for up to 120 minutes after your flight's arrival
• Pick-up at Hotel: Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
• Staff will be holding a sign with the lead traveler's name on it
