Syarat & Ketentuan

• This ticket is valid on the selected date only.
• Children younger than 12 are not permitted to take part in this activity.
• For safety purposes, it is not recommended for women more than 2 months pregnant and anyone who has high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies, or other medical conditions.

• In case of a customer not showing up to their appointment on time, Fah Lanna Spa will only keep the appointment for 15 minutes maximum.
• If the customer has not arrived within 15 minutes after their appointment time, Fah Lanna Spa reserved the right to give the appointment slot to other customers.

• Should customer fail to be at the lobby (or other meeting point) at the arranged time, the spa driver will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for your customer. After 15 minutes, the driver will inform the spa that the customer has not met the driver and we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
• Transportation outside of the city can be arranged at an additional fee.
