What To Expect
Syarat & Ketentuan
• There are additional fees at some tourist destinations for taking photos.
• Snorkeling at Manta point depends on the weather and water conditions (can be substituted).
• An additional fee of Rp. 200.000 is charged for guides who assist their guests (less than 8 guests).
• The above prices are non-commissionable.
• A cash basis paymentmethod must be settled before or on check in.
• Infants (1-3years old) are free of charge, children are between 4-10 years old, and adult is above
• 10 years old.
• Agents will receive the confirmation info from us before the arrival day, assuring that all
• arrangement has been prepared for the coming group.
• Rental services are 15.000 for towel and 10.000 for locker. Guests deposit Rp. 50.000.
• Vouchers : A voucher(s) must be received by our reservation staff at least on arrival. Guests/gro s that are not written on the voucher will be rejected.
• Tourleader and guide : Tour Leaders (TL) or guides have the same lunch menu as the guests
• Guests who are pregnant and have serious chronic illness such as heart attack, asthma, emphysema, tuberculosis, respiratory problems and other chronic illnesses must not cruise and join water sport activities. For these conditions, the guests must report their conditions to our staff or crews.
