What To Expect
Perjalanan Anda dimulai dengan pengarahan singkat sebelum memulai perjalanan santai melalui jalan-jalan pedesaan dekat Prambanan. Saat Anda bersepeda, Anda akan melewati rumah-rumah tradisional, lahan pertanian, dan komunitas lokal yang ramah melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari mereka . Tur ini mencakup kunjungan singkat ke kuil-kuil terdekat seperti Sojiwan atau Plaosan, di mana Anda dapat mengagumi arsitektur bersejarah dan mengambil foto yang tak terlupakan. Anda juga akan mampir di salah satu industri rumahan lokal yang dipilih untuk mempelajari tentang makanan ringan tradisional atau produksi minuman herbal. Booking & Payment
• All bookings must be made in advance through authorized sales channels.

• Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.

• Minimum booking is 4 participants (4 Pax) per session.

• After booking confirmation, customers must contact the admin at 081338867998 prior to visit date.

Ticket Validity
• Ticket is valid only on the selected visit date.

• Voucher is valid for one-time use only.

• Ticket must be presented (printed or digital copy) at the meeting point before the tour starts.

• Late arrivals may not be accommodated and will be considered as no-show.

Operating Hours
• Tour operates daily between 06.00 – 17.00 WIB.

• Available timeslots:
• 06.00 – 09.00

• 10.00 – 13.00 (Foreigner ticket only)

• 15.00 – 18.00

• Participants are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time.

Age Policy
• Infant aged 0–3 years old: Free of charge (no bicycle provided).

• Participants aged 3 years and above: Full payment required.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Health & Safety
• Participants must be physically fit for light outdoor cycling activity (approximately 7 km).

• Participants are responsible for their own health condition.

• The operator reserves the right to refuse participation if deemed unsafe.

• Participants must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

Weather Policy
• The tour operates in normal weather conditions.

• In case of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, the operator may adjust the route or reschedule for safety reasons (subject to availability).

Cancellation & Amendment
• All confirmed bookings are Non-Refundable and Non-Rescheduleable.

• No refund will be given for no-show or late arrival.

• Any request for changes is subject to operator approval.

Liability
• The operator is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen during the tour.

• Participants join the activity at their own risk.

• Any damage caused to equipment due to negligence will be charged accordingly.

Force Majeure
• The operator shall not be held liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, government regulations, road closures, etc.).
