Our Cooking Classes Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase, allowing the receiver ample time to select a class that suits their schedule. How to use the Gift Vouchers? Terms & Conditions

• The gift voucher for experiences and events cannot be turned into cash. If the cost of what you buy is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance stays on the voucher for future use. We can’t give you money or change on a card.

• Taman Dukuh is not responsible for lost gift vouchers. If you lose your voucher, you can contact us for a replacement.

• If your gift voucher is about to expire or has already expired, you can ask for an extension of up to 90 days. But remember, there is a fee of Rp 300,000 that you need to pay when you request the extension.

• The Bali cooking class gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. The price and experience won’t change during that time.

• When the Experience Voucher or Gift Card expires, the credits also expire and cannot be refunded.
