Syarat & Ketentuan

• Age Limit: This activity is suitable and safe for participants aged 7 to 65 years.
Health Restrictions: This adventure is physically demanding. It is strictly not recommended for pregnant women, or individuals suffering from serious heart conditions, severe asthma, epilepsy, or recent back/neck injuries.
What to Bring:
• A change of dry clothes (t-shirt and shorts).

• Swimwear or lightweight clothing that you don't mind getting wet.

• Strapped sandals, water shoes, or sneakers (flip-flops are not recommended as they easily slip off in the water).

• Sunscreen and a waterproof camera/GoPro (optional).

• Extra cash for personal drinks at the restaurant or to purchase professional action photos of your trip.

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity, or failing to show up (no-show), will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

Weather Conditions: Rafting and ziplining are weather-dependent. In the event of extreme weather or unsafe river currents, the operator reserves the right to reschedule or modify the itinerary for your safety.
