1. Age & Health Eligibility
• Participants must be between the ages of 7 and 65 years old to join the trip.
• This activity is strictly prohibited for pregnant women, individuals with chronic back or neck injuries, recent surgeries, or serious cardiovascular conditions.
2. Booking Confirmation & Schedule
• Standard morning slots typically operate from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, while afternoon sessions run from 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM. Please verify your exact arrival time upon booking.
• A minimum of 2 travelers is required for online booking validation.
3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the designated activity time qualify for a full 100% refund.
• Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the tour, or failing to appear at the departure point (No Show), will be charged the full booking price.
4. Weather Protocols & Liability
• Rafting operates safely during typical rainy weather. However, in the event of upstream flash floods or hazardous river debris, the operator reserves the right to reschedule or cancel for guest safety. Free rescheduling or full refunds apply if canceled by the operator.
• Your ticket covers local personal accident insurance. This insurance strictly covers bodily injuries sustained on the river and does not cover water damage or loss of personal electronics, cameras, or jewelry.
