Syarat & Ketentuan
Ticket Validity
- This ticket is valid only for the selected date and sailing.
- A valid booking confirmation (mobile or printed) must be presented during check-in.
- Guest names must match the booking confirmation. The Shivanna reserves the right to request a valid government-issued photo ID or passport for verification.
- Minimum age is 12 years. Guests aged 12–17 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Alcohol is served only to guests of legal drinking age.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in the booking policy.
Boarding & Sailing
- Check-in opens from 4:00 PM.
- Boarding commences from 4:45 PM and closes promptly before the scheduled sailing time.
- Guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before sailing to allow sufficient time for check-in.
- The vessel operates on a fixed schedule and cannot be delayed for late arrivals.
- Your ticket includes the experiences and inclusions specified in your selected package.
- Boarding is subject to vessel capacity and compliance with onboard safety procedures.
Operations & Safety
- The safety of our guests is our highest priority. Sailing schedules, routes, and itineraries may be delayed, modified, rescheduled, or cancelled due to weather, sea conditions, government regulations, or operational requirements.
- In the event of force majeure, bookings may be rescheduled to the next available sailing date, subject to availability. Refunds are not applicable.
- Late arrivals and no-shows are considered forfeited and are not eligible for boarding, refunds, or rescheduling.
- Guests are expected to follow all instructions provided by the captain and crew throughout the experience.
- The Shivanna reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest whose conduct may compromise the safety, security, or enjoyment of other guests.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The Shivanna is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage during the experience.
- Guests are expected to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and onboard safety policies throughout the experience.
