Ticket Eligibility

  • Children are welcome on board but must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the entire journey at all times.
  • Children aged under 3 years old travel free of charge. No separate ticket is required for infants under this age threshold.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and issued per passenger. Lost tickets are the passenger's own responsibility — a new ticket must be purchased in the event of loss.
  • Cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Late requests may not be accommodated.
  • Passengers are advised to arrive at the departure port well before the scheduled departure time to complete the check-in process without delays.

Attraction Access

  • This ticket covers the fastboat crossing between Bali (Serangan Harbour) and Gili Trawangan or Senggigi, Lombok, depending on the route selected at the time of booking.
  • Ekajaya Fastboat operates port-to-port. The service covers the sea crossing only and does not include hotel transfers, land transport, or connections beyond the stated ports.
  • Passengers travelling via Gili Meno will be required to pay an additional small boat transfer fee of IDR 35,000 per person, payable directly at the Ekajaya Gili Meno counter during check-in.
  • The Gili Meno small boat transfer fee applies because Gili Meno has no dedicated harbour. This charge is mandatory and is not included in the main ticket price.
  • Routes and departure times are subject to change if conditions are deemed an emergency by the vessel's captain or the relevant maritime authority on the day.

Additional Information

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring they arrive at the correct departure port on time. The vessel will not wait for late-arriving passengers under any circumstances.
  • Passengers are advised to keep personal belongings secure at all times on board. PT. Bali Eka Jaya is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items during the journey.
  • Ekajaya Fastboat operates a port-to-port service and accepts no responsibility for any flight connections, onward travel, or transfers missed due to delays in the crossing.
  • Passengers with mobility limitations or special requirements should contact the operator in advance to confirm available boarding assistance at the departure port.
  • Guests prone to seasickness are advised to take appropriate precautions before boarding, as sea conditions on the Bali Strait may vary throughout the year.

  • All ticket sales are final. Cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before departure to be considered by the operator.
  • Requests submitted less than 48 hours before departure may not be accommodated. Cancellation or reschedule terms will be communicated upon receipt of the written request.
  • PT. Bali Eka Jaya accepts no liability for delays caused by weather, sea conditions, or technical factors, including any consequential missed flights or connections.
  • Lost tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable. Passengers who cannot present a valid ticket at check-in will be required to purchase a new ticket to board.
  • The operator reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel a departure due to adverse weather, unsafe sea conditions, or emergency circumstances without prior notice.

How to Get There

  • The Bali departure port is Serangan Harbour, located at Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai, Serangan, Denpasar Selatan, Bali. This is the main Ekajaya check-in and boarding point from Bali.
  • By rideshare from Bali: Gojek and Grab are widely available across Bali. Enter "Pelabuhan Serangan" or "Serangan Harbour" into the app for the most accurate routing.
  • By private driver: Hotel-arranged transfers to Serangan Harbour are widely available from Kuta, Seminyak, Ubud, and Nusa Dua. Advance booking is recommended for punctual arrival.
  • Passengers arriving from Lombok should check-in at the respective Ekajaya counter at Bangsal Harbour (for Gili Islands) or Senggigi before the scheduled departure time.
  • Passengers are advised to arrive at the check-in counter at least 30–45 minutes before the scheduled departure to complete boarding procedures and luggage handling.
