Terms & Conditions

• Ticket is valid on the selected date.
• Child height from 120-149cm will be charged as a child ticket.

• Child height from 150 and above will be charged as an adult ticket.
• People with heart disease, high blood pressure, a history of bone and joint problems, pregnant women, people with mobility difficulties... are not allowed to participate.
• Guests need to arrive at least 15 minutes before the registered playing time to check in.
• Guests participating in games at Kong Forest Park need to follow the tour guide's instructions to ensure safety for themselves and fellow guests.
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given.
• Guest accompanying the group but not playing games will be charged an additional shuttle fee of VND100,000/pax and pay directly to the driver.
• Surcharge of 15% for Vietnam's Public Holiday: 02 Sep 2025, and will pay directly to the operator.
