Ticket Eligibility
- Vouchers are valid within the validity period specified by the organiser at the time of issuance. Expired vouchers cannot be used or reinstated under any circumstances.
- Merchandise vouchers are valid for purchases at official Ancol Store outlets only and cannot be used at dining, entertainment, or any other non-merchandise outlets.
- Dining vouchers are valid for food and beverage purchases at participating outlets only: Ayam Tepi Laut, Kafe Hoax, Ombak Laut, Marlin Resto Sea World, and Dekko Dunia Fantasi.
- Each voucher is issued per holder and is non-transferable. It must be presented at the point of purchase by the original recipient to be accepted by the outlet.
- Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers in a single transaction unless otherwise specified by the organiser.
Attraction Access
- Merchandise vouchers grant access to a purchase discount or credit at official Ancol Store outlets within the Ancol Dreamland complex on the valid usage date.
- Dining vouchers grant food and beverage credit at the five participating restaurant outlets within the Ancol Dreamland complex on the valid usage date.
- Each voucher is valid for one transaction only. It cannot be split, partially redeemed across multiple visits, or used more than once under any circumstances.
- If the total transaction value exceeds the voucher amount, the customer may pay the outstanding difference using another accepted payment method at the outlet.
- Outlet operating hours and menu availability are subject to change. Guests are advised to confirm current hours with the respective outlet before proceeding to use the voucher.
Additional Information
- Dining vouchers are only accepted at the five listed outlets. Attempting to redeem them at non-participating restaurants or stores within Ancol will not be accommodated.
- Merchandise vouchers are only accepted at official Ancol Store outlets. They are not valid at food stalls, attractions, or any other retail points within the complex.
- Guests are advised to check the voucher's stated validity period before use. Vouchers used outside the validity window will be declined at the point of redemption.
- Any issues with voucher redemption should be directed to the outlet staff or Ancol guest services. The organiser is not responsible for errors made during self-redemption.
- Keep the voucher safe and accessible. Lost, damaged, or tampered vouchers may not be accepted or reissued by the organiser or participating outlets.
Important Notes
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or redeemed in any monetary form under any circumstances, including unused or partially used vouchers.
- Any unused remaining value from a voucher after a completed transaction will not be refunded, carried over, or converted to credit for future use.
- Vouchers that have exceeded their validity period are automatically void and will not be accepted at any outlet regardless of the circumstances of expiry.
- The organiser and Ancol management reserve the right to amend voucher terms, participating outlets, or validity periods at any time without prior notice.
- By using this voucher, the holder confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions stated for this voucher.
How to Get There
- Ancol Taman Impian is located at Jl. Lodan Timur No.7, Ancol, Pademangan, North Jakarta 14430.
- By TransJakarta: Take the bus corridor serving the Ancol area. Alight at the Ancol stop and walk to the main Ancol gate before proceeding to the relevant outlet.
- By KRL Commuter Line: Take the KRL to Kampung Bandan Station, then continue by ojek, rideshare, or taxi to the Ancol Dreamland main entrance.
- By car or rideshare: Ancol is accessible via Jl. RE Martadinata or the Ancol toll road exit. Paid parking is available within the complex; vehicle admission fees apply.
- Once inside Ancol, proceed to the relevant Ancol Store or dining outlet to redeem your voucher. Signage throughout the complex will guide you to each participating location.
