Reservations must be made at least three hours before the activity starts so we can perfectly accommodate your time slot. No last-minute stress!</div><div>- Having a Private Driver? It's easy! Simply show your official booking confirmation ticket in the app upon arrival.</div><div>Preparation &amp; Ticket Policy</div><div>- Bring a Change of Clothes: Be prepared to get muddy, wet, and wild! Syarat & Ketentuan

  • Age Requirements:

    • To operate and drive the ATV (Single Ride), participants must be between 12 to 65 years old.

    • To ride as a passenger (Tandem Ride), children must be at least 5 years old.

  • Health and Safety Restrictions:

    • This activity is strictly not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with severe back, neck, or heart conditions, or anyone with limited physical mobility.

    • Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any medication that impairs judgment or physical coordination during the tour.

  • Safety Compliance:

    • All participants must wear the provided safety gear (helmet and boots) at all times while on the ATV track.

    • Riders must strictly follow all instructions given by the professional tour guide. Failure to do so may result in immediate disqualification from the tour without a refund.

  • Insurance Coverage:

    • Complimentary personal accident insurance is included for all participants aged 5 to 65 years old.

    • Please note that the insurance covers bodily injuries sustained during the activity but does not cover damage to personal property (e.g., mobile phones, cameras, or clothing).

  • Damage and Liability:

    • Any severe damage to the ATV caused by reckless driving, intentional negligence, or failure to follow the guide’s direct instructions will be the financial responsibility of the rider.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity time will receive a full (100%) refund.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours or "no-shows" on the day of the activity are strictly non-refundable.

    • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 12 hours before the tour begins.
