·Participants with the following conditions will not be able to participate in this activity: mental illness, circulatory or respiratory system diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver failure, hangover, or being under the influence of alcohol. In addition, depending on your health condition on the day of the activity, you might not be able to join, and no refund will be provided.
·Participants with claustrophobia are strictly prohibited from joining this activity.
·Please note that even if you are not currently taking medication, having a prior history of any aforementioned conditions will still disqualify you from participating.
· For participants with limited mobility, please be sure to consult our customer service team in advance to confirm whether you can participate in the tour.
· Participants with medical conditions not mentioned above must inquire before making a reservation.
· Refunds or compensations cannot be requested if no prior inquiry is made or if the condition is only reported on the activity day.
· For safety reasons, participants aged 60 and above cannot participate in this activity.
·Please note that there is a weight limit of 110 kg for this activity.
·Please bring your own towel and changing clothes on the day, otherwise you will not be allowed to board the return shuttle vehicle.
·Service is strictly limited to Japanese and English. Participants must be able to communicate in at least one of these languages on the day of the tour. Otherwise, participation may be denied for safety reasons, and no refunds will be provided.
· The minimum number of participants required for the tour is 2. If the number is not reached, the activity will be canceled. In such cases, we will notify you via email or messaging app by 12:00 PM Japan time the day before.
· You can freely choose your pick-up and drop-off locations. However, due to limited space in the shuttle vehicle, please do not bring any large luggage on board.
· After the activity, only simple shower and changing facilities will be provided on site.
· During snorkeling, wearing a lifejacket is mandatory.
· For scuba diving experiences, participants are required to wear wetsuits.
· For participants under 19 years old, a parental consent form with a signature is required to be provided when participating alone.
· Children under 12 years old cannot participate in activities alone and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
·Depending on sea conditions, wind direction, or individual swimming skills, entry to the Blue Cave may not be possible for safety reasons. In such cases, the snorkeling tour will be switched to an alternative location near the Blue Cave. Please note that no refunds or compensations will be provided under these circumstances.
· Participants who fail to follow the instructor's instructions during the tour may be disqualified from participation. No refunds or compensations will be provided for such cases.
· The activity will proceed as scheduled even under rainy conditions if the waves remain calm.
· If the activity is canceled due to severe weather conditions,participants may choose to receive a refund or reschedule.
