What To Expect
Syarat & Ketentuan
• This activity does not involve landing on any islands.
• The boat will depart on time. If guests are late due to personal reasons such as navigation errors or car breakdowns and cannot gather before departure, they will not receive compensation such as a refund or free date change.
• Life jackets must be worn at all times during the cruise and activities.
• The daily parking fee at Miejo Port is 500 yen (cash only). As there are no money-changing machines on site, please prepare 1,000-yen bills or 500-yen coins in advance.
• Please keep your valuables safe. We recommend not carrying large amounts of valuables. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. If participation is denied on the day of the activity due to pregnancy, no refund or compensation will be provided.
• Please wear your swimsuit under your clothes. Bring your own towel and shoes that can get wet. Paid shower facilities are available at the port. (There are also simple rinsing facilities on board, but no shower products can be used.)
• For safety reasons, travelers under 5 or over 61 years old are not allowed to participate. Minors cannot book alone and must be accompanied by at least 1 adult.
• Free warm clothing rental will be available from mid-October.
• If the activity is canceled due to poor weather conditions, we will contact you as soon as possible via phone, email, or messaging app to reschedule or cancel the booking. If you choose to cancel, a full refund will be issued.
• The minimum number of participants for group departure is 10. If the minimum number is not met, the activity may be canceled at short notice. Notification will be sent via email or phone. Please be advised.
• The activity may be adjusted based on weather and sea conditions, and may also be suspended for safety reasons, potentially preventing departure. In such cases, advance notice will be provided. Due to rapidly changing sea conditions, sudden notifications before the activity may occur. We appreciate your understanding.
• For safety reasons, guests with mobility impairments, physical disabilities, mental illnesses, circulatory or respiratory diseases, hypertension, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver diseases, hangovers, medication habits, or alcohol consumption on the day are unable to participate in the itinerary. No compensation or refund will be provided for guests denied participation due to the above reasons.
• Passengers weighing over 120kg cannot participate in this activity.
