• Each person can bring up to one suitcase for free. If you bring a suitcase, please inform the customer support service.
• If you are skiing, please inform us of your gender, age, height, weight, Japanese shoe size, etc. after placing an order.
• No guide, Chinese driver will assist with ski resort rental procedures
• No refund will be given if you fail to participate or cancel the trip due to personal issues, lateness, etc.
• If you leave the group on your own during the trip, the transaction will be deemed invalid and no refund will be given.
