In case of cancellation, notification may be given by phone or at the meeting point on the same morning.
If the fireworks festival is canceled on the same day or after the bus departs, transportation and other fees will not be refunded.
The path from the bus parking lot to the conference venue is poorly lit, so please bring your own flashlight.
The viewing area does not provide chairs, so we recommend bringing your own cushion or other portable seating (folding chairs are not allowed).
Please bring your own raincoat if it rains. Avoid using umbrellas as they may obstruct others' view.
Some viewing seats may require children aged 3 and under to also purchase a viewing seat (admission ticket).
