If there are special weather conditions, a decision will be made 1 day before departure whether to cancel the trip.
The day tour itinerary does not include personal travel or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it on your own.
The round-trip hike to Takachiho Gorge takes approx. 30 min via stairs and is not recommended for those with mobility issues.
Traffic congestion is expected during Japanese holidays, and refunds will not be issued due to delays. Please consider carefully before booking.
The actual vehicle for the day may be adjusted based on the number of participants, with a driver-guide provided for smaller groups.
You must take the official shuttle bus to the crater. The shuttle bus fee is complimentary and non-refundable.

For regular tours, infants under 3 years old require a signed liability waiver to join and travel free of charge without a seat (must be held by parents).
Mount Aso was recently closed due to a helicopter incident, so I'll be visiting Kamishimi Kumanozha Shrine instead.
