What To Expect
Syarat & Ketentuan
1. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time, so please be punctual. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals after the bus departs. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Sometimes buses may arrive late due to traffic congestion or bad weather.
3. In case the tour must be canceled due to natural disasters or extreme weather conditions, please contact us to confirm departure status.
4. Children's snowshoe size is 16 cm. Toddlers with feet smaller than 16 cm will experience snow discs instead.
Skiing is an exciting sport. Instructors are responsible for teaching skiing knowledge and techniques, not for personal safety, and cannot attend to all guests in the group. Please assess your abilities and ski within your limits.
6. This itinerary does not include insurance. We recommend purchasing travel insurance or accident insurance before your departure.
7. If the activity is canceled due to bad weather or other force majeure factors, you will receive a full refund.
8. Depending on the ski resort's operating conditions, we may cancel the trip or change the ski resort. In case of cancellation by us, a full refund will be issued.
9. Skiing is a high-risk outdoor activity. Travelers must assess their health condition and ability to determine if they are suitable to participate. In case of severe weather, the instructor has the right to change the venue or activity, and participants cannot claim compensation.
10. Please keep your belongings and valuables safe at the ski resort. Our company is not responsible for any loss or damage.
11. Always remember [safety first]. Participation is not recommended for patients, pregnant women, or seniors.
12. Each coach can accommodate up to 10 guests, with grouping based on actual circumstances.
13. Before boarding the cable car, the instructor will provide safety advice based on your skill level. In principle, every guest can ride the cable car, but please be sure to follow the instructor's safety recommendations.
The tour bus has been fully sanitized and is equipped with disinfectant.
14. Passengers must wear masks throughout the journey and undergo temperature checks before boarding. If a passenger's temperature is ≥37.5°C or they show signs of discomfort, we reserve the right to deny boarding.
15. Prepay for jacket and snow pants rental through distributors to save time on queuing at the venue.
16. Please provide your accurate shoe size (cm) when signing up. Note that size exchanges may not be available on-site if incorrect sizes are provided.
