In case of severe weather conditions, a decision on whether to cancel the trip will be made 1 day before departure.
Traffic congestion is expected during Japanese holidays, and refunds will not be issued due to delays. Please consider carefully before booking.
The actual vehicle for the day may be adjusted based on the number of participants, with a driver-guide provided for smaller groups.

You must take the official shuttle bus to the crater. The shuttle bus fee is complimentary and non-refundable.
For regular tours, infants under 3 years old require a signed liability waiver to join and travel free of charge without a seat (must be held by parents).
The opening of the volcanic crater is subject to official notice. If closed, the visit will be changed to viewing the volcano from Aso Volcano Plaza.
In case of heavy rain or fog, visit the Thousand Cranes Deer Park instead. If the volcano reopens, the visit will continue as planned.
