What To Expect
Instant noodles are considered one of the greatest inventions of the 21st century, and they were invented by Momofuku Ando, the founder of Nissin. Nissin built two instant noodle museums to commemorate the inventor. One was converted from Momofuku Ando's home in Ikeda City, Osaka Prefecture, while the other is located in Yokohama - our destination for this visit, the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum.
