- Agents will receive the confirmation info from us before the arrival day, assuring that all
- arrangement has been prepared for the coming group.
- Vouchers : A voucher(s) must be received by our reservation staff at least on arrival. Guests/groups that are not written on the voucher will be rejected.
- Guests who are pregnant and have serious chronic illnesses such as heart attack, asthma, emphysema, tuberculosis, respiratory problems and other chronic illnesses must not cruise and join water sport activities. For these conditions, the guests must report their conditions to our staff or crews.
